Music Course Credit Approval Request
This form is intended to notify the Music Department that you are:
1. A Music Major requesting to have one or more courses approved to satisfy a Music Major Requirement.
2. A non-major requesting to have one or more courses approved to count towards graduation credit.
Courses considered for review include:
- Earned Music Theory AP credit
- Transfer student credit
- A course taken abroad
- A course taken at another college or university in the U. S.
- A course taken in another Wesleyan department that is not cross listed with Music
- A tutorial taken with a Wesleyan Music professor
- An internship taken for credit
